You do make that look easy. I can do some of that…no, not so much. I can’t do any “sexy” yoga poses. Just the vanilla ones, lol.
With poses it’s not always about being complex. Some of the simple poses are the sexiest!! Don’t forget it!
Well, I will HAVE to make the simple poses look sexy. Those are all I have to work with. LOL.

Wow great pictures and awesome talent! I’m practicing handstands right now and they are so hard! I have the strength just not the balance. I can go from sitting indian style and go into a full handstand but i can only hold it for about 2 seconds. any pointers?
